Physical health is as we all assume is being free from pain. Emotional health is being free from passion and emotional attachments and feeling more  love, calmness, peace etc in a day, rather than the negative emotions.
On a mental level, being free from selfishness and seeking the truth. Also if we put our creativity into existence we are healthy.
If we are physically healthy, but if we are not free on the mental and emotional level, it is seen as worse and the assumption is that it will create ill health in the future.
